Henry Martin Buys LeMaster Grocery

Henry Martin, former auditor of Jay county, has purchased the A.R. LeMaster grocery at the corner of North Meridian and Votaw streets and is now in charge.

Mr. Martin in an announcement today of the change in proprietors, states that he will maintain the high service and quality of the former owner.  The name of the place will be called "Martin's Market."

Mr. Martin is a native of Jay county and has a wide acquaintance as well as experience as he formerly conducted a store at New Corydon.

The A.R. LeMaster was Arthur Raymond LeMaster (1885-1971), my paternal great-granduncle.

I knew that he operated a grocery but was unaware until finding this article where it was located exactly.  Now I need to dig into the directories to see if I  can locate any advertisements, etc.
