Iva Josephine (Ballein) Wardlow (1881-1932) is my 1st cousin 4 times removed on my maternal side.  She was the daughter of William Henry and Clarissa A. (Wright) Ballein. Surname variants include Bollein and Boline. Ancestry.com is currently showing 13 hints from historical records for her in my LeMaster and Allied Families member tree.

1891 - William Haines WOOLSTON died in Ocean Grove, Monmouth County, New Jersey.  William was the son of Samuel WOOLSTON and Hannah HAINES.

1894 - Nellie V. CHALFANT born in West Virginia.  Nellie was the daughter of Solomon Elija CHALFANT and Matilda Gregg MAXON.

1902 - Carl Ulysses ORCUTT born in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.  Carl was the son of James ORCUTT and Nancy E. MAYO.

1902 - Ida Hazel WARNER born in Carbon, Texas.  Ida was the daughter of Hugo Himmons WARNER and Estella Mahala THOMAS.

1908 - Fred E. WILD married Anna Elizabeth TRAUTVETTER in Warrick County, Indiana.  Fred was the son of Johannes Heinrich WILD and Emilie DEUTSCH.

1935 - Elizabeth Caroline BEALS died in Howard County, Indiana.  Elizabeth was the daughter of Isaac S. POE and Hannah MILLS.  Elizabeth was my 3x-great grandmother.

1960 - Albert P. COFFELT died in Atchison, Kansas.  Albert was the son of Daniel COFFELT and Rebecca A. SWAFFORD.

My paternal 2nd-great granduncle, Abel Woolston CHEW, married on this date in 1862 in Greenville, Darke County, Ohio to Salome H. HOLDEMAN.  Abel was the son of Dr. Ezekiel Cooper and Caroline Bishop (WOOLSTON) CHEW, and the older brother of my Mary Keziah CHEW.  Salome's parentage is unknown.  Abel was born November 11, 1843 in Blackwood, Gloucester County, New Jersey.  Salome was born November 1844 in Ohio.  Abel was a teacher and farmer.  They raised 10 children and lived in Charlevoix County, Michigan.  Abel died January 6, 1903.

My maternal 3rd-great grandaunt, Clarissa A. WRIGHT, married on this date in 1878 in Brown County, Ohio, to William Henry BALLEIN.  Clarissa was the daughter of John and Anna (WARDLOW) WRIGHT, and the younger sister of my Joseph W. WRIGHT.  William's parentage is unknown.  Clarissa was born March 29, 1856 in Brown County, Ohio.  William was born January 1847 in Ohio. They had 2 children and lived in Brown County, Ohio.  William last known living after 1900 census in Washington Township, Brown County, Ohio.  Clarissa died September 27, 1884 in Brown County, Ohio.

My paternal 2nd-great granduncle, Hosea Tillson SMITH, was born on this date in 1849 in Cass County, Michigan.  Hosea was the son of William P. and Prudence (MAXSON) SMITH, and the younger brother of my Olive Jane SMITH.  Hosea served in the Civil War in the 11th Indiana Cavalry.  He married Mary ______. Hosea died in Jackson County, Oregon.  Nothing further is known at this time.

WRIGHT, was born on this date in 1856 in Brown County, Ohio.  Clarrissa was the daughter of John and Anna (WARDLOW) WRIGHT, and the younger sister of my Joseph W. WRIGHT.  Clarrissa was married on September 25, 1878 in Brown County, Ohio to William Henry BALLEIN.  William was born January 1847 in Ohio.  They had at least 2 children.  Clarrissa died September 27, 1884 in Brown County, Ohio.  William died after the 1900 census, when he was living in Brown County, Ohio.

My paternal 6th-great granduncle, William HAINES, was born on this date in 1739 in Burlington County, New Jersey.  William was the son of Jeremiah and Hannah (BONNELL) HAINES, and the older brother of my Robert HAINES.  William married Mary EASTLACK.  I do not have dates of birth or death for Mary.  They had at least 1 child.  Nothing further is known at this time.

John married on September 9, 1834 in Brown Co., OH to Anna Wardlaw, daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Nesbit) Wardlaw. Anna was born April 23, 1816 in Brown Co., OH and died October 4, 1893 in Brown Co., OH. John died June 10, 1890 in Brown Co., OH. Both are buried in Wardlow Cemetery # 2, Brown Co., OH.
