This record of the marriage of John W. Hartzell and Elizabeth A. Haley was located at the Jay County Historical Society in Portland, Indiana.
Elizabeth was the daughter of Sebastian and Lydia (Rader) Haley, and my first cousin four times removed.
I find it interesting that their nationality and race was referred to as being "German".
I do not know what the relationship was between the Stone and Haley family was.
Until I located this record, I had the marriage of John and Elizabeth as part of my unidentified Haleys in Jay County. Now that I can locate her within the family group, I need to search for more information on their family.
