NARA Fees - Pension Records

This email came to me through one of my lists. Believe me, I went to NARA and commented. It wasn't that long ago that the fees went from $15 to $37 for a pension record, now this proposal. Let's hope it's defeated.

On the NARA pension records price increase from $37 to $125, comments
to the proposed rule may be posted online by April 27, 2007.

Go to: http://www.regulations.gov In the search box, type "NARA Reproduction Fees."

The Proposed Rules and the Rules will come up. You can click on the text to read them.
Then click on the yellow emblem by the first line - Proposed Rules - and fill out your name, zip code, etc., and make your comment.
