I am also descended from Pheobe Scarlett through her daughter Hanna. I am descended from Hannah's son John. Her gr gr grand daughter Lucinda Barker (married to James Daugherty Riggs was my 3rd gr grandmother. Neat thing is, other names you mention you are descended from, I am too, they must be related, I know most the Quakers were. I also have Davis , Osbourne and others in my tree. I found your page when searching for my other 3rd great grandfather Thomas Norris Allen. He was married to a Morgan, but I have no clue who his parents were (I think his mother's name was Sarah and I think she came from NC, he was from Blount Co. TN.) You can see some more of what I have on my blog: (it's a work in progress, I started it this past summer.) I suppose we are cousins of some sort! http://peekingintothepast.blogspot.com/
Nice to hear from you, cousin Sandy! I've added your blog to my reader. Yes, many of these Quaker names are intertwined - I'm sure we have other connections as well. So glad that you found my page!
